About Bearloom Teddies

Bearloom Teddies is a home-based business located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia on Canada's beautiful East Coast. Each bear is lovingly created by Carol Titus on an individual basis. and will be unique even when created from the same coat and style as there will always be subtle differences.

The bears can be customized with embroidery or clothing.

We specialize in creating artist bears and memory bears from well-loved fur coats and other items of special meaning for our clients.

We can also create home decor items such as pillows, throws and ornaments.

QUALITY:

I strive to offer the best quality bears I can. All my fur bears are lined with cotton for years of durability. Each bear is jointed 5 ways, with mostly metal locknut and screw joints so the head (cotter pin here), arms and legs all move. They are stuffed with high quality polyester stuffing. Each bear is assigned a unique number and special care instructions. All bears come with glass eyes and handsewn noses for heirloom quality.

Since the bears contain small parts they are designed for display purposes only and are not safe as toys for children.
